Foundational Certificate in Leadership

Emerging leaders will explore the big questions: What is leadership really? Are leaders born or developed? In this practical course, participants will unpack the difference between leading and managing, and build essential foundations in for example, self-awareness, communication and emotional intelligence. They’ll examine how character and values like authenticity and vulnerability can strengthen (or erode) influence and impact. The course also dives into human behaviour, motivation, and basic needs, equipping participants to bring out the best in others and build healthier teams. Alongside these insights, attendees develop key leadership skills; time management, organisation, conflict resolution, and strategies for dealing with difficult people. More than theory, these sessions provide practical tools for real-world leadership that creates meaningful change.
